Welcome to the ultimate retreat; featuring an array of amazing amenities for reunions and large groups! The two houses are 2 mins close and sleep 30, and offer the perfect balance of relaxation and fun with two hot tubs, arcades, pool & poker tables, 8 TVs. The Big Blue house is a two story in and out place where you can enjoy open floor plan, spacious kitchen and living room equipped for large families to sit, relax, eat together or cook as you please! The upstairs living room opens up to the sunny wrap around deck where you can hang out, dine or do a BBQ.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and one full bathroom all equipped with linens, sheets, extra towels for spa and for your makeup. The bathroom is equipped with all essentials including hair dryer and washer- dryer.

As you come down the stairs, you will find a cozy family room with TV, poker table, arcade game and Nintendo Wii. The house comes with a lot of games for kids of all ages including scrabble, monopoly, board games, cards, patio games. You will find three bedrooms and one full bath downstairs.

As you walk out, you will enter the wrap around patio full of games, swings and comfy chairs for a large group to hang out! The patio opens up to the driveway and to the hot tub. The hot tub is our latest addition to this fabulous house and is available all seasons for guests to use!

The side yard has fire pit ( bring your firewood) and string lights which make a perfect hangout place for the evenings.

Walk for 3 minutes and enter our Bootlegger's bungalow.

The Bootlegger's bungalow is a two story in and out place where you can enjoy open floor plan, spacious kitchen and living room equipped for large families to sit, relax, eat together or cook as you please! As you enter, the stairs that takes you up leads to the living room, which opens up to the kitchen, dining area and the sunny deck where you can hang out, dine or do a BBQ.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom is a dedication to a landmark in Poconos. You will find Lake Naomi room, Jim Thorpe room and the Deer room equipped with perfect cozy bed, lamps with charging slots and dedicated workspace in the lake room. All bedrooms have linens, sheets and towels for your needs. The bathroom is equipped with all essentials including shampoo, soap and hair dryer.

As you come down the stairs, you will find three specious bedrooms including our first special attraction- the kids room. This cozy jungle theme room has many places to sit, sleep and jump on! This room features our climbing wall and nugget sofas for kids to make tents in the jungle. The room has 2 bunk beds, 2 queen size sofas which can sleep 6 people ( kids or adults). Enjoy TV, PS5 and other games while you are at it!

The two bedrooms downstairs are dedicated to the Historic Bushkill falls and to the Camelback Ski slope! As you move through the passageway, you will see our downstairs foyer with a cozy seating, hooks for your jackets and a dedicated laundry room with detergent.

Enter the secret speakeasy through the bookshelf- yes, you read it correct. Spin the bookshelf and you will see our prohibition theme speakeasy game room and bar. Enjoy Poker or pool with a glass of wine or browse the history of prohibition Era through the posters and art!

Don't forget to take a selfie with the mural to be a part of the Bootlegger's bungalow!

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire houses including patio, side yard and deck upstairs. Guests will use the main entrance in the front to get into the house with the lock code provided in the check in message. The patio is accessible through back door near the laundry room downstairs.

Other things to note

• No smoking inside the house

• No Glitter

• Quiet zone- 10 pm- 7 am

The community pool is available at specific hours and needs a pass. You can obtain this pass form the receptionist at the community center. The lakes and beaches need guest pass as well.

• 1 day pass for $15.00/per person.

• 3 day pass for $20.00

• 7 day pass for $40.00

• Children under 2 are free with adult registration.
